Welcome to the Codebook!
This is where you keep track of all the codes that students use to move through the MD4 Reading Program. The MD4 Reading Codebook is designed to keep students on track, incentivize their work, and provide teachers with a tool to assign and track, all aspects of training. This Codebook will help ensure that students build all the skills they need to become fluent readers and learn how to use those skills.
Below you will find the Codebook in Adobe PDF format. The Codebook can be used electronically or if you prefer it can be printed and used in a traditional format.
CAUTION - EVEN THE BEST STUDENTS WILL SHARE INFORMATION THEY SHOULDN'T .
TEACHERS SHOULD MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO KEEP STUDENTS FROM SHARING CODES WITH EACH OTHER!
